Author Conference Registration includes Paper Presentation, the complete Proceedings of the Conference, a CD with the participants’ abstracts, Attendance to all Sessions, Name Tag, Welcome Dinner and Coffee Breaks, Certificate of Presentation (if requested) and a Small Handbag.

Responsibility and Visa RequirementsFor people planning to attend the conference, an entrance visa may be required and you should contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate for more information. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance. The organizers do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, damage or loss of property which may occur in connection with this conference. All participants are advised to arrange international health insurance before departure from their home countries. The Authors should completely fill out the Online Author Registration Form. So that journals published by the University of Food Technologies (UFT) can be protected by copyright against unauthorized use, it is necessary that consent to publish be obtained from Authors. The Consent to Publishform gives such consent.It is the responsibility of the Authors, not the UFT,to determine whether disclosure of their material requires the prior consent of other parties and, if so, to obtain it. The Authors should tickthe Copyright Form box at the end of their registration.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

If you cannot attend the conference, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague at any time. If you have to cancel entirely, we regret that no refunds can be made after your registration.
